Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training-alternating fast and slow rhythms- to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

Line Dancing

A movement-base class for all levels. It is a rhythmically choregraphed class with upbeat music and many dances that I am sure you know and love. Dancing and exercising all while moving to the beat.

Training

Circuit Training

This class will be comprised of various weights and equipment to shape to and strengthen muscles, as well as improve cardiovascular system. All levels of modifications are used, Circuit Training will improve metabolic rate bone density and lean muscle mass.

Indoor Cycling

Spin is performed on a bike and focused on endurance, strength, intervals, and high intensity rides.

Power Pump

A Power Pump class is a high-intensity, total body conditioning workout that combines strength training and cardiovascular exercises for a full-body burn.

Kick Boxing

Cardio Kickboxing, a great way to burn calories, relieve stress, and work the entire body. Learning a combination of punches, kicks to stay conditioned and healthy.

Aqua Fit

A low impact, but high intensity water aerobics class where no swimming skills are needed. This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance. All wile using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees and back.
Core N' More
Targeted workout designed to strengthen and sculpt your core while also engaging other key muscle groups for a well-rounded fitness session. Focusing primarily on the abdominal muscles, lower back, and obliques, this class incorporates a variety of exercises such as planks, leg raises, twists, and stability work to improve posture, balance, and overall core stability.
